Requirements:
  • Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
  • Minimum 3 years experience as a College Admissions Coach or in Customer Success/Customer Relationship Management in Education or related fields.
  • Experience in promoting brand value through positive customer experiences.
  • Ability to maintain relationships and handle multiple clients (80-100 students/families monthly).
  • Familiarity with Discord, Google Drive, Gmail, Slack, Calendly, and Zoom.
  • Nice to have: experience in upselling services, a Bachelor's degree, and certification in Education.
Responsibilities:
  • Organize meetings and communications with students, parents, and team members to monitor progress and ensure satisfaction.
  • Assist students in building their admission candidacy and addressing application questions.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, emphasizing timely communication about the admissions process.
  • Provide guidance, conflict resolution, and coaching support to clients as needed.
  • Retain clients and encourage service upselling through high satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular check-ins on student well-being throughout their admissions journey.
  • Mentor students on transferable skills to achieve their goals.
  • Coordinate students with tutors/mentors.
  • Facilitate meetings to strategize tutoring and consulting.
  • Monitor client and tutor performance for measurable outcomes.
  • Share student feedback for issue resolution.
  • Conduct internal team discussions on student progress.
  • Monitor and report on student progress with necessary interventions.
  • Stay updated on local resources and contribute to knowledge base.
  • Utilize and maintain IT tools.
  • Identify and highlight service improvement opportunities.
  • Stay updated on standardized testing schedules to support students.
  • Assist students in preparing application documentation.
  • Translate communications between parents and the service team.
