Requirements:

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in teaching English.
• Experience teaching English to business professionals.
• Knowledge of various teaching and learning methods.
• University degree in English language fields (Philology, Pedagogy, Linguistics).
• Patient and resilient personality, open to challenges, and passionate about teaching.
• Ability to create unique and engaging learning programs from scratch.
• Nice-to-have qualifications: CELTA/TESOL, LCCI or other teaching certifications.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in students’ evaluations with the sales department during the course purchasing stage.
• Plan, evaluate, and revise curricula, course content, methods of instruction, and grade assignments.
• Deliver lessons on business topics across various professions.
• Cooperate with team members to improve educational programs.
• Initiate and moderate classroom discussions.
• Maintain scheduled hours to advise students.
• Ensure effective language use in job-related topics.
