Requirements:

• Technical background through past experience or degrees/credentials.
• Ability to discover context when little information is provided.
• Demonstrated capability to break down large problems and optimize solutions for incremental delivery.
• Experience working with limited resources and managing multiple projects while switching priorities.
• Ability to deal with crises and navigate a flat organization.

Responsibilities:

• Grasp system architecture, message flow, and monitoring & alerting for effective management of messaging backend systems.
• Synthesize requirements from customers and internal stakeholders into coherent Product Requirement Documents.
• Act as a point of escalation for internal customer-facing organizations, coordinating resolutions through tier-2 & 3 messaging support.
• Conduct technical discoveries on external integrations and break down large initiatives to deliver value quickly.
• Extensively test features before user release and troubleshoot service degradations.
