Requirements:

• 3+ years experience in an Audit/Quality Assurance role or similar.
• Bachelor's degree in risk management, business, economics, or a related field.
• Experience working with Risk Ops teams in payments/banking and knowledge of regulatory environments.
• Strong knowledge of BSA/AML and KYC regulations.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Help build and launch a quality assurance program for risk operations.
• Design and execute testing and monitoring plans for client risk operations.
• Analyze data to identify process gaps and recommend improvements.
• Lead QA and audit reviews for regulatory compliance assurance.
• Implement corrective action plans with internal and external teams.
• Contribute to the development of policies, procedures, and compliance processes.
