Requirements:

• 12+ years of experience leading Product Management functions in the tech sector.
• Demonstrated track record of shipping technically complex products at scale.
• Strong fintech background with payments and/or financial services knowledge.
• Industry experience with expense management and/or commercial banking.
• Creativity and customer empathy for product development.
• Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
• Experience working with engineering teams and understanding tradeoffs.
• Technical acumen and familiarity with new technologies and APIs.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and inspire others with a compelling product vision and roadmap.
• Build, develop, and scale a distributed product organization.
• Translate nuanced technical concepts into business and customer outcomes.
• Act as a technical advisor to educate customers about features.
• Develop build/buy/partner strategy to manage vendors.
• Write and consult on technical specifications for products.
• Identify critical metrics to assess product success.
