• Deep understanding of the payment industry ecosystem including regulations and networks.
• Proficient in analyzing data to make informed decisions.
• Excellent technical acumen and familiarity with new technologies.

Responsibilities:

• Create and manage strategies, roadmaps, project plans, and specifications for Core product.
• Lead and inspire a team with a compelling product vision and strategy.
• Understand Marqeta's issuing and processing capabilities and customer use cases.
• Engage in major projects and initiatives with product and engineering teams.
• Collaborate across teams to prioritize features based on value and effort.
• Translate operational requirements into business outcomes focusing on customer value.
• Manage products through various launch phases and follow-on releases.
• Educate and evangelize product features with customers.
• Collaborate with go-to-market partners to develop product collateral and trainings.
