Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Technical Writing, English, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Proven experience in technical writing or software documentation, ideally in a technology or software development environment.
  • Strong understanding of software development processes, programming concepts, and technical terminology.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with documentation tools such as Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, Confluence, or MadCap Flare.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills for handling multiple projects.
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies is a plus.
Responsibilities:
  • Develop, write, and maintain technical documentation, including user manuals, release notes, online help, and API documentation.
  • Collaborate with software developers, product managers, and customer support teams to gather required technical details.
