Requirements:

• Knowledge of specific industry project management and technical delivery methodologies for software, such as PMI methodologies and agile/scrum.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or related field.
• Demonstrated progressive experience managing Software Delivery or IT-based projects with external customers.
• Experience using various project management and agile tools.
• Strong communication skills across all business levels.
• Demonstrated ability to recognize business challenges and map processes.
• Self-starter with the ability to work with little guidance.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail.
• Understanding of software development lifecycle and agile/DevOps environments.

Responsibilities:

• Define a vision, roadmap, and long-term direction for customer engagement operations.
• Develop and manage projects from ideation through execution, including scope, timeline, and execution.
• Address bottlenecks, provide escalation management, and balance business needs versus technical constraints.
• Develop business metrics and KPIs to increase adoption and track/report on them.
• Provide consistent, executive-level reporting on project status and outcomes.
• Demonstrate effective communication skills across all levels of the business.
