Requirements:

• Five or more years of 401(k) plan administration experience.
• Excellent knowledge of preparing, reviewing, and delivering required non-discrimination testing and government forms, including Form 5500.
• Industry designation a plus.
• Four-year college degree a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• High level of critical thinking.
• Committed to lifelong learning and coaching.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and build client and advisor relationships with a high client retention rate.
• Maintain a caseload of 401(k) plans and retirement plans sponsored by tax-exempt entities.
• Manage and prioritize workload towards weekly goals in a results-oriented team environment.
• Exemplify superior client service and consult with clients regarding plan operation and design.
• Work with other Nova departments, record-keepers, and advisors to ensure a great client experience.
• Pro-actively communicate with clients and investment advisors about new industry developments.
• Review and deliver required non-discrimination testing and government forms, including Form 5500.
