Requirements:
  • Proficiency in English, both written and verbal, with strong communication skills.
  • Experience working with Canvas Learning Management Systems (LMS).
  • Familiarity with educational technology tools and online learning platforms.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote, cross-functional team environment.
  • Flexibility to work across different time zones to accommodate international users.
Responsibilities:
  • Manage college accounts, course and degree enrollments, and permissions within the Canvas LMS.
  • Upload, organize, and update course and degree materials, assignments, quizzes, and multimedia content on the platform.
  • Provide timely assistance and troubleshooting to users experiencing technical issues with the LMS.
  • Ensure the integrity and accuracy of course content, including checking for broken links, formatting issues, and accessibility compliance.
  • Conduct training sessions and create documentation to help users navigate and utilize the features of the Canvas LMS effectively.
  • Monitor user engagement and performance metrics within the LMS and generate reports to inform decision-making and improvements.
  • Work closely with colleges, accreditation team, and technical team to address technical requirements and optimize user experience.
  • Keep abreast of updates, new features, and best practices related to Canvas LMS and other relevant technologies in the e-learning industry.
