• Solid working experience within the UK legal industry and with legal processes.
• In-depth experience working with LEAP and related products.
• Demonstrated ability to learn new skills and ask questions.

• Strong customer focus, ensuring the customer perspective drives business decisions.
• Ability to build strategic relationships to facilitate work accomplishments.

Responsibilities:

• Thoroughly test products and features developed by all LEAP entities globally through various user scenarios and assess readiness for release.
• Critically analyse the overall experience that LEAP clients have while interacting with LEAP software and features.
• Build trusted relationships with stakeholders including the Development team and third-party vendors.
• Engage with existing clients to understand and document their usage of LEAP and related products.
• Document recommendations to influence client training and marketing approaches.
• Maintain knowledge of the LEAP product and its application to the legal industry.
