Responsibilities:

• Research, analyze, and manage global benefit plans for competitiveness and alignment with organizational goals.
• Conduct benchmarking and provide recommendations for improvements.
• Manage the Annual Enrollment process and coordinate communications to employees.
• Interpret and update benefits policies for compliance and operational efficiency.
• Act as a liaison to resolve complex benefit issues and maintain client relationships.
• Prepare reports for data analysis on trends and employee satisfaction.
• Manage vendor relationships and audit compliance for benefit programs.
• Lead wellness initiatives to promote employee well-being.
