Requirements:

• Must have Microsoft Office 365 experience.
• Must be able to work 100% remote.
• Current permanent U.S. Work authorization required.
• MCSA Certification preferred.
• Undergraduate Degree (e.g. BA, BS) or equivalent work experience preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Provide consulting and subject matter expertise to clients by assessing, identifying, and providing solutions to their Microsoft System.
• Perform routine audits of systems and software.
• Analyze system logs and identify potential issues.
• Manage backups and apply operating system updates.
• Install and configure new hardware and software.
• Update user account information and troubleshoot reported problems.
• Document system configurations and ensure network infrastructure is operational.
• Integrate new technologies into existing data center environments.
