Requirements:
  • Ability to work in a Pacific Standard Time Zone.
  • 10+ years of progressive experience within Human Resources.
  • Expertise in Organizational Design, Compensation, and Total Rewards.
  • Strong understanding of organizational design principles and tools.
  • Familiarity with job evaluation methodologies and market survey participation.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Senior-level stakeholder management skills.
  • Problem-solving mindset with a thorough analysis capability.
  • Highly adaptable and comfortable in a changing business landscape.
  • Experienced collaborator in a remote role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Success Factors, and Google Suite.
  • University degree in HR, Social Sciences, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Hold or working towards formal HR qualifications (CPHR, SPHR, CCP).
  • Master’s degree considered an asset.
Responsibilities:
  • Leverage OD expertise to advise on implementation of global transformation programs.
  • Contribute to the development of compensation strategy and design across business segments.
  • Provide guidance on job architecture and ensure job profiles reflect current requirements.
  • Design and lead an enterprise-wide job evaluation committee.
  • Support job evaluation efforts to ensure fairness and consistency.
  • Partner in the design and delivery of change management plans.
  • Conduct specialist research and provide impact analysis of compensation programs.
  • Support integration of acquisitions with job mapping and compensation harmonization.
  • Create high-quality presentations and analyses for executive stakeholders.
