Requirements:

• 3+ years of relevant experience including 1-2 years at the associate level in private equity, investment banking, or related.
• Prior experience sourcing deals focused on software or tech industry.
• Bachelor's degree required, preferably in finance or business administration.
• Proven experience managing and producing high-volume output efficiently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Results-oriented with a strong work ethic and problem-solving skills.
• Adaptable to changing priorities in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities:

• Leverage proprietary database to identify investment targets in software/tech sectors.
• Build relationships with founders, CEOs, and investment bankers to discover investment opportunities.
• Conduct proactive outreach, including targeted emails and cold calls.
• Develop and manage client relationships by understanding investment criteria.
• Maintain accurate records of deal activity in Salesforce.
• Collaborate with the team for identifying relevant deals across client base.
