Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a professional setting, with a proven track record of project implementation.
• Excellent writing skills and ability to analyze and synthesize information.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Understanding of change management frameworks and methodologies.
• Experience with Office 365 and Adobe Suite.
• Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct needs assessments to identify communication and learning gaps within the organization.
• Develop and recommend strategies to address identified gaps and improve organizational effectiveness.
• Design and implement change management plans to facilitate smooth transitions.
• Develop and implement communication strategies to support project objectives.
• Support development of training programs and evaluate their effectiveness.
• Create high-quality content for various platforms and maintain project documentation.
• Assist with client projects and actively engage with stakeholders.
