Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in software development, particularly with Oracle technologies.
• Proficiency in Oracle products like OPPM, Unifier, P6, and OPC with hands-on experience in development.
• Strong programming skills in Java, PL/SQL, JavaScript, or Python.
• Experience with web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and RESTful APIs is preferred.
• Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to analyze technical issues.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to understand business requirements and challenges.
• Design and develop custom solutions with Oracle products like OPPM, Unifier, P6, and OPC.
• Define project scope and deliverables with project managers to align with client expectations.
• Create technical specifications and documentation adhering to coding standards.
• Implement Oracle applications including system setup, data migration, and testing.
• Resolve technical issues and enhance system functionality.
• Conduct code reviews and optimize custom solutions for reliability and efficiency.
• Provide technical guidance and subject matter expertise on Oracle products.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies to enhance solution implementation.
• Contribute to improving internal processes and development methodologies.
