Requirements:
- Excellent English communication skills (expert/native proficiency) for US client and candidate interactions.
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills crucial for effective US recruitment operations.

- Pre-qualify talent through phone calls and emails focusing on US recruitment demands.
- Coordinate interview schedules between US clients and candidates.
- Source and maintain contact information of active pipeline candidates emphasizing US-based talent.
- Identify and implement new ways to connect with a diverse pool of candidates for the US market.
- Maintain and update ATS and databases with candidate records adhering to US recruitment standards.
- Perform administrative duties to support US recruitment operations.
