Sales Executive (German and English)

Requirements:

• at least 2 years of experience in sales/business development
• advanced level of German
• upper-intermediate English
• fluent Ukrainian
• excellent business communication and argumentation skills
• strong analytical skills with the ability to work with statistics and draw data-driven insights
• high productivity, self-motivation, ability to prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
• understanding of terms like traffic, conversion, CPC, CPA, revenue, profit, and ROMI is a plus

Responsibilities:

• managing the entire sales process, from lead generation to deal closure and existing client management
• identifying and contacting potential clients through email and LinkedIn, categorizing leads, understanding their needs and negotiating terms of cooperation
• building and maintaining strong, long-lasting client relationships and discussing strategies with clients
• tracking the performance of current campaigns and adjusting agreements to meet business goals
• researching new business models and implementing innovative strategies
