• Network of brokers, carriers, and underwriters.
• Expertise in rating manuals, policy forms, applications, and endorsements.
• Ability to engage with brokers for long-term partnerships.
• Confidence in presenting to stakeholders.
• Demonstrated success in sales and account management.
• Track record of exceeding targets.
• Enthusiasm for challenges in a high velocity environment.
• Flexibility to travel monthly.
• College Degree with relevant work experience.

Responsibilities:

• Achieve and exceed underwriting performance and revenue goals.
• Quote with competitive terms quickly and thoughtfully.
• Manage quote-related communication in a trusting manner.
• Collaborate with Risk Engineers for unique exposures of complex accounts.
• Provide market feedback and recommend improvements to terms, rates, and guidelines.
• Close accounts through engagement with assigned brokers.
• Represent Counterpart at broker meetings and industry events.
• Contribute ideas on tools and services as a key stakeholder.
