Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in corporate finance, FP&A, and accounting operations.
• Recent experience in a standalone or private equity-backed company.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving ability.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and build relationships with senior management.

Responsibilities:

• Proactively partner with the Executive Leadership Team and Operational Leaders to achieve objectives.
• Drive strategic financial planning and analysis including budgeting and forecasting.
• Analyze financial results and prepare management reports and presentations.
• Oversee financial operations and accounting in accordance with US GAAP.
• Support M&A and strategic decision-making processes.
