Requirements:

• 2-3 years of Project Management experience delivering projects as a consultant.
• Familiarity with technical solutions using both waterfall and agile methodologies.
• Ability to maintain high utilization across multiple fast-paced projects.
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
• Fluency in English - speaking, reading, writing, and understanding.

Responsibilities:

• As a Project Manager, you will be the primary contact for clients.
• Establish a comprehensive understanding of client expectations and business processes.
• Architect and manage a plan to meet client goals.
• Coordinate with Client PM on scope, schedule, and budget.
• Work with internal and client team members to achieve project objectives.
• Share resources across projects with other Neocol Project Managers.
• Communicate effectively on risks, changes, and change management.
• Ensure proper support for internal resource needs.
