Requirements:

• 2-3 years of Project Management experience delivering projects in a consultant capacity.
• Familiarity with technical solutions utilizing both waterfall and agile methodologies.
• Ability to maintain high utilization across multiple fast-paced projects.
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
• Must be fluent in English - Speak, Read, Write, and Understand.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary contact for clients, establishing understanding of their expectations and business processes.
• Coordinate with Client PM to manage scope, schedule, and budget while coordinating with Neocol team resources.
• Collaborate with internal and client teams to achieve project objectives.
• Share resources with other Project Managers and maintain forecasts.
• Communicate clearly on risks and scope changes, and apply change management techniques.
