Technical Support Engineer (Chemstations)

Requirements:

• Master of Science degree in Chemical or Process Engineering.
• 3+ years of experience in chemical process engineering.
• Effective communication and written and verbal fluency in German and English.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Proven experience with flowsheet simulations (CHEMCAD or similar software) is preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Support customers in answering questions about the company’s software through various communication channels.
• Support the Pre-Sales team by demonstrating our software to prospective customers.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot customer simulations and communicate the root problems with solutions.
• Identify, document, and track client requests using ticketing and bug reporting systems.
• Develop and maintain product documentation in various forms.
