Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in corporate onboarding and technical support.
  • Required previous experience in SaaS.
  • 2+ years of experience with a modern frontend stack (JS, React preferred).

Responsibilities:
  • Be the first point of contact for new customers after enrollment.
  • Conduct onboarding calls and support sessions.
  • Perform product demos for customers in trial.
  • Analyze customer usage during trial to ensure maximum benefit.
  • Collaborate with Support and Sales teams for customer assistance.
