• Preferred advanced degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Information Systems, or MBA with Technology Management focus.
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in systems development, specializing in energy efficiency management systems.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze and implement complex energy data solutions.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage projects and teams effectively.
• Willingness to travel locally and within the US, up to 20% of the time.
• Expertise in leading cross-functional teams, managing stakeholder relationships, and advanced system analysis techniques.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and implementation of complex technical systems solutions for Demand Side Management, Transportation Electrification, and clean energy technologies.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of customer business drivers and develop tailored solutions.
• Maintain expert-level knowledge of Resource Innovations' SaaS platforms.
• Drive efficiency enhancements in internal and external systems.
• Oversee preparation of gap analysis reports and Technical Requirements documents.
• Provide consulting on product configuration and ongoing system support.
• Manage full life cycle implementation of enterprise software systems.
• Collaborate with clients’ technical teams for system integration.
• Mentor junior analysts and contribute to team skill development.
