Requirements:

• One of the following educational requirements: BA in Psychology, Human Services, Special Education, Teaching, Disability, or related field, OR high school diploma with 5+ years of experience helping adults with disabilities.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in recruitment, project management, direct services to individuals with disabilities, or teaching/coaching.
• Availability between 5 PM ET to 1 AM ET (Mon-Fri) or 11 AM to 11 PM ET (weekends).
• At least 21 years old and legally authorized to work in the US.

Responsibilities:

• Provide guidance and support to adolescents and adults with disabilities, focusing on job, life, and social skills development.
• Collaborate with clients to develop learning plans and help them achieve goals.
• Use Daivergent tools and resources to assist clients.
• Have knowledge of careers and job-seeking strategies for job skills support.
• Utilize video conferencing tools like Zoom and MS Teams for interactions.
