Requirements:

• Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.
• Understanding of GMP stack, particularly Search Ads 360.
• Strong Excel skills.
• Experience running Performance Max and Shopping campaigns for retail clients.
• Desirable, but not required, experience with Paid Social.

Responsibilities:

• Build and run paid search advertising campaigns for major clients in the retail and lifestyle sectors.
• Lead on testing plans and contribute to strategic roadmaps.
• Research client verticals and position against competitors.
• Communicate confidently with clients and provide relevant insights.
• Incorporate industry updates and testing ideas for clients.
• Support and train junior team members.
• Initiate process improvements for team efficiency.
• Manage time effectively to ensure timely delivery of high-quality output.
