Requirements:

• Client-facing account management experience, preferably in Programmatic.
• Strong ability to create winning marketing strategies.
• Experience with various Programmatic campaign management platforms.
• Demonstrated organizational leadership and attention to detail.
• Enthusiasm for commercial initiatives and pitching for new business.

Responsibilities:

• Join the programmatic team as a Programmatic Account Manager, leading a Programmatic Account Executive.
• Engage directly with clients to understand their goals and devise strategies to meet those goals through programmatic campaigns.
• Manage delivery and implementation of campaigns, ensuring strategic alignment.
• Build strong client relationships and participate in pitches to secure new business.
• Plan account strategies and collaborate with the Client Director for account growth.
• Work with the Head of Programmatic to enhance the Programmatic service offering.
• Conduct Performance Development sessions with the Head of Programmatic every four months.
