Requirements:

• Fluency in English; IELTS not required but a score of 7.0+ is beneficial.
• 1-3 years of experience in similar roles such as SDR or Lead Generation Specialist.
• Experience in making cold calls and sending cold emails.
• Proven ability to meet targets and KPIs.
• Familiarity with remote work or working with global teams.

Responsibilities:

• Utilizing multiple communication channels (email, calls, LinkedIn) to reach out to potential leads and generate interest in becoming a Virtual Internships host company.
• Setting up meetings for Placement Matching Specialists.
• Maintaining accurate records in sales engagement and CRM tools.
• Participating in lead generation and outreach strategy optimization.
• Following up on email marketing campaigns and other demand generation activities.
• Meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly lead generation targets.
