Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or other related field.
  • 5+ years of hands-on retention marketing experience in a DTC subscription e-commerce business.
  • Exceptional timeliness and accuracy in work.
  • Strong ethics in leadership and behavior.
  • Outstanding communication skills to engage with all organizational levels.
  • Passion for wellness community and herbal medicine.
  • Previous experience at a high-growth startup and with relevant tools (Klaviyo, Attentive, etc.) is a bonus.
Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement lifecycle marketing strategies to engage customers at various stages, including email, SMS, direct mail, subscription, & loyalty.
  • Oversee the creative process: brief copy & creative for campaigns, provide feedback & approval.
  • Identify key touchpoints and opportunities for customer interaction and improvement.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Report key metrics such as lifetime value (LTV), reorder rates, and churn rates to optimize marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with digital, creative, marketing, and operations teams.
  • Analyze campaign data and conduct cohort analysis to inform key strategies.
  • Manage relationships with external partners such as Attentive, Klaviyo, Recharge, etc.
