Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, electrical engineering, or related major.
• Industry-leading certification in networking (e.g., CISCO) preferred.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in a related industry, preferably in the energy/utility sector.
• Strong knowledge of communications protocols like Modbus, DNP3, TCP/IP.
• Expertise in cybersecurity practices, including NERC/CIP and NIST standards.
• Ability to design and support complex WANs.
• Hands-on experience with network performance troubleshooting tools like Wireshark.
• Familiarity with IEEE and ISA standards for OT networks in utilities.
• Experience with network security practices including firewalls and IDS.
• Knowledge of TCP/IP services and management of firewall settings.
• Experience in deploying and managing virtual and physical servers.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with partners to implement advanced network systems for energy storage projects.
• Design, configure, deploy and maintain OT LANs and WANs to ensure reliable operations.
• Manage installation and support of network hardware and software, ensuring security measures.
• Monitor OT network performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
• Supervise technicians in networking repairs and new services deployment.
• Maintain documentation regarding OT network configurations, processes, and security.
• Perform server and security audits, backups, and participate in on-field activities.
