Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, or related technical discipline.
• 5+ years of experience using Microsoft SQL Server, including T-SQL scripts.
• Experience with SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) and data mapping tools.
• Knowledge of database architecture, administration, and security for on-premise and cloud systems.
• Ability to communicate effectively and lead technical discussions.

Responsibilities:

• Perform ETL processes to convert data into various target formats.
• Model and design data tables and schemas to support evolving data syndication architecture.
• Evaluate and recommend commercial modeling and data cataloging tools.
• Write and optimize SQL queries, update data models adhering to VA data standards.
• Enhance database architectures to meet integration needs and support security.
• Assist with InterSystems HealthConnect, HealthShare, ensuring compliance with VA regulations.
