• Experience with customer lifecycle programs and triggered communications.
• Proficiency with CRM tools and content management systems.
• Advanced skills in MS Office tools and G-suite Google Docs.
• Understanding of data management and governance.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for customer journey mapping of direct marketing campaigns across all channels.
• Manage customer direct marketing calendar to ensure engagement and reduce opt-outs.
• Liaise with stakeholders on brand campaigns and integrate customer communications.
• Manage triggered campaigns and A/B testing to drive customer conversions.
• Ensure compliance with best practices and legal standards.
