Requirements:
- Maintain a sales pipeline of a minimum of 10+ active opportunities weekly.
- Achieve a minimum of $2MM in closed sales annually.
- Prior experience in Salesforce consulting sales.
- Deep understanding and passion for Salesforce products.
- Hands-on experience working with a leading CRM, preferably Salesforce.
- Motivated to generate pipeline and develop new leads.
- Persistent and tenacious mindset.
- Ability to build strong relationships internally and externally.
- Strong business acumen for working with marketers and business leaders.
- Organized and proactive approach to daily complexities.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to inbound inquiries about Pardot, Marketing Cloud, and Sales Cloud projects.
- Lead introductory calls and outreach to warm leads.
- Conduct discovery conversations to assess client needs.
- Scope solutions and pricing with delivery and solution engineering teams.
- Create client proposals that align with their business needs.
- Engage in marketing campaigns and events for lead generation.
- Represent Sercante at industry and networking events.
- Utilize Salesforce and Sercante templates/tools for efficient sales processes.
- Collaborate with Delivery teams for proper scoping and expectation management.
- Participate in sales team meetings for pipeline updates and strategy.
- Identify and pursue upsell opportunities with clients.
