Requirements:

• Minimum Master's qualification in a relevant field.
• 5+ years of relevant industry experience, specifically in the domestic violence field as a social worker or counselor.
• Knowledge of the Australian education system or ability to acquire it in a timely manner.
• High level of spoken and written English.
• Motivated by student success and passionate about online learning.
• Strong presentation skills and the ability to maintain an engaging and positive online presence.
• Proactive and organized.

Responsibilities:

• Providing an exceptional student experience through the delivery of academic content developed by partner academics and the learning design team.
• Facilitating learning activities that engage and support student learning.
• Undertaking assessment tasks including moderation, marking, and feedback, as well as processing and submitting results according to set timelines.
