Sr Accountant

Requirements:

• Accounting designation, preferably CPA, CA, CMA, or CGA.
• 2+ years of accounting experience, ideally in Technology and Telecommunications.
• Experience in a fast-paced, computerized, multi-company, multi-currency environment.
• Hands-on experience with month-end financial package preparation, budgeting, and year-end functions.
• Strong reconciliation skills and understanding of accounting concepts.
• Knowledge of US GAAP and/or IFRS.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel including complex formulas and financial modeling.
• Ability to learn new systems (ERP/BI systems) and use system capabilities.
• Sage Intacct experience and/or experience with dimension-based G/L is a plus.
• Proactive self-starter with outstanding work ethics and positive demeanor.
• High attention to detail and strong communication skills.
• Team-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

• Support day-to-day accounting for TCX operations.
• Assist with month-end close, reconciliations, payroll audits, and P&L analytics.
• Provide end-to-end accounting support for subsidiaries.
• Act as primary support for HR and payroll entries.
• Interface with external auditors for reviews and audits.
• Conduct ad hoc account analysis and communicate insights.
