Requirements:
  • 4+ years of Global Shared Services experience.
  • At least one year of experience in IT Helpdesk Tier 1 and Tier 2 Support.
  • Proficient in written and verbal English.
  • Problem-solving aptitude and thorough knowledge of HR/IT/Finance procedures.
  • Experience in handling real-time chat support.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong experience in relevant HRMS tools like Peoplesoft/Workday/SAP/Zoho/Zendesk/ServiceNow.
Responsibilities:
  • Support Level 1 IT/HR Helpdesk with troubleshooting basic queries.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for HR, IT, or Finance-related queries.
  • Communicate effectively with professionals and customers to resolve concerns.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for data accuracy.
  • Assist with payroll preparation and conduct data audits.
  • Support company-wide initiatives and projects.
