Requirements:

• Experienced Generalist who can easily switch between UI/UX and branding/marketing work.
• 5+ years of experience in Design (bonus points if you have experience as the first designer at a company).
• Strong understanding of and interest in blockchain technology (with either professional or personal experience).
• Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Framer and Canva.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate design decisions to cross-functional partners.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment, managing multiple projects and shifting priorities.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and evolve our brand identity and brand guide.
• Manage the end-to-end UI/UX design of our product suite and website, ensuring a cohesive and intuitive user experience.
• Create and iterate on wireframes, prototypes and new web pages.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Sales and Marketing to translate complex technical requirements into user-friendly products and marketing materials.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions and continuously improve our user experience.
• Design imagery for our external-facing channels, such as blogs and social media.
