Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or advanced degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in Workday solution design and development across various modules.
• Workday certification in areas such as Workday Integration, Security, or Adaptive Planning.
• Strong knowledge of Workday architecture, configuration, integration, and reporting tools.
• Proficient in Workday technologies like XML, SOAP, REST, and Web Services.
• Excellent communication skills to convey complex concepts to diverse audiences.

Responsibilities:

• Review as-is processes and collaborate with the Enterprise Architect to create target operating models.
• Design low-level solutions based on client requirements and ensure alignment with best practices.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to other Workday consultants.
• Analyze client requirements, design solutions, conduct testing, and validate outcomes.
• Manage complex issues during the project lifecycle and communicate updates to stakeholders.
• Stay updated on Workday functionalities and support deployments and enhancements.
