Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of technical experience with Physical Access Control Systems and related hardware.
- Knowledge of Identiv or Hirsch product line is required.
- Experience as a Sales Engineer or equivalent role is mandatory.
- B.S. Degree in Computer Science, Information or a related technical discipline or equivalent work experience.
- MCSE/MCITP, CCNA, Security+, Network+ certifications preferred.
- Working knowledge of Windows Server 2008/2012, Windows 7, and SQL Server 2005/2008/2012.
- Expertise in Identity Management, PKI, and Smartcard technologies.
- Familiarity with Active Directory, Group Policy, DHCP, DNS, and IIS.
- Superior problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Support the Identiv Enterprise Sales and Channel teams in selling Identiv's solutions and related services to clients.
- Present and promote the technical benefits of Identiv Technologies and Solutions.
- Engage in the qualification process of customer/partner leads.
- Conduct on-site scoping sessions with C-level executives.
- Participate in strategic account planning sessions and deal-specific strategy calls.
- Respond to RFP/RFI requests with strategic technical assessment.
- Ensure technical readiness of partners and motivate them.
- Plan pre-sales technical evaluations and provide technical support during pre-sales.
