Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in telesales or a similar B2B sales role.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers over the phone.
• Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
• In-depth understanding of the challenges faced by small businesses (a plus).
• Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools (a plus).
• A passion for technology and a strong desire to learn about new solutions.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth needs assessments to understand customer pain points and identify how the Health insurance product can provide solutions.
• Educate potential customers on features and benefits of the HMO product relevant to their specific needs.
• Guide customers through the sales process and facilitate the sign-up of new accounts.
• Build strong relationships with potential customers and become a trusted advisor.
• Exceed assigned sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions.
