• Proficient in text editors and data manipulation apps (Airtable / Retool) and spreadsheets.
• Adaptability, flexibility, and collaborative spirit to work in an early-stage startup environment.

Responsibilities:

• Be an expert on building decarbonization policy and programs, focusing on residential retrofit incentive programs.
• Define the company vision for new industry standards in incentive program design and implementation.
• Assist in the ideation, design, and implementation of innovative products based on analysis of technology trends, policy developments, and customer needs.
• Aid in business development and go-to-market strategies, including testing products with customers and stakeholders.
• Develop partnerships to support the go-to-market strategy.
• Support customers with subject matter questions and ensure excellent customer experience.
• Collaborate with incentive providers and regulatory agencies on program design and implementation.
