• Minimum 5 years’ experience working within a payroll environment.
• Extensive knowledge of Payroll and country-specific legislation.
• Strong analytical skills and good problem-solving skills.
• Display excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Analyse, document customer requirements and configure systems accordingly.
• Migrate data and balance payroll information.
• Provide post-implementation support via email and phone, prioritizing support tickets.
• Monitor and escalate tickets for timely resolution.
• Train and mentor new consultants, assist with knowledge base updates.
