Requirements:

  • Extensive knowledge of Payroll and country-specific legislation.

Responsibilities:
  • Analyse and document customer payroll and HR requirements.
  • Configure systems based on customer needs and migrate data to the new system.
  • Balance payroll figures and provide end-user training.
  • Offer post-implementation support via email and phone until handover to support division.
  • Prioritize and manage support tickets, filter and escalate as necessary.
  • Train and mentor new consultants, test new system functionalities.
  • Update knowledge base and maintain country-specific documentation.
