Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience working within a payroll environment.
• Extensive knowledge of Payroll and country-specific legislation.
• Strong analytical skills and good problem-solving skills.
• Display excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Analyse, document customer requirements, and configure systems based on these needs.
• Migrate data from current systems to new ones and balance payroll data.
• Provide training to users and support new customers post-implementation.
• Prioritize and monitor support tickets, escalate issues when necessary.
• Train new consultants, test system functionalities, and update knowledge documentation.
