Responsibilities:
  • Ensure seamless implementation and ongoing support of Payroll and HR modules on PaySpace for Australian customers.
  • Analyze, document, and configure customer requirements, migrate data, and balance payroll.
  • Provide user training and brainstorm with management for new requirements.
  • Offer post-implementation support and prioritize support tickets as per service levels.
  • Monitor support tickets, escalate when needed, and adhere to updates on compliance legislation.
  • Train and mentor new consultants, assist with documentation, and test new system functionality.
