Requirements:

• Valid Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Marriage and Family (LMFT), Professional Counselor (LPC), or Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) license in Washington.
• At least two years post-licensure clinical experience in psychotherapy.
• Experience with clients aged 65+.
• Proof of professional liability insurance with specific coverage limits.
• Active NPI and comfort with teletherapy technology.

Responsibilities:

• Provide virtual individual and/or group therapy to seniors.
• Utilize psychotherapy and evidence-based approaches to enhance mental health outcomes.
• Support seniors facing various challenges like anxiety, depression, and life transitions.
