Requirements:

• Valid Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Professional Counselor (LPC), or Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) license in Pennsylvania.
• Minimum of two years of post-licensure clinical experience conducting psychotherapy using CBT, DBT, and other solution-focused approaches.
• Experience working with clients aged 65 and older.
• Proof of professional liability insurance/malpractice insurance, maintaining a minimum claim limit of $1,000,000.
• Active NPI and availability to start with a minimum of 5 hours per week.
• Comfortable with technology for teletherapy, existing credentialing with Medicare is a plus, and CAQH credentialing set up is advantageous.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check.

Responsibilities:

• Provide virtual individual and/or group therapy to seniors.
• Utilize psychotherapy and evidence-based approaches to enhance therapy outcomes.
• Focus on improving the mental well-being of seniors facing various challenges.
