Requirements:

• Master’s degree from an accredited university in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field.
• License eligible or have an active Associate License in Pennsylvania.
• Maintain good standing with Pennsylvania Board of Health.
• Proof of professional liability insurance with a claim limit of at least $1,000,000.
• Ability to use web-based systems for record reviews.
• Comfortable providing teletherapy.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong relational and communication skills.
• Experience working with seniors (65+) preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Provide clinical and therapeutic services to individuals according to discipline standards.
• Complete individualized biopsychosocial assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes within 24-48 hours.
• Maintain confidentiality of electronic health records in accordance with HIPAA guidelines.
• Stay up to date with clinical knowledge and treatment modalities.
• Demonstrate understanding of ethical practice.
• Complete required continuing education for specific licensure.
• Be aware of and refer to community resources as necessary.
• Follow safety protocols set by NASW Code of Ethics.
