Requirements:

• 5+ years experience in a professional office work environment.
• 2+ years experience in services sales, with proven ability to develop new accounts.
• Excellent networking and relationship building skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Creative, self-motivated, and must have hands-on computer experience.

Responsibilities:

• Calls on multiple facility types such as hospitals, skilled nursing, and rehabilitation facilities to develop relationships and generate homecare referrals.
• Educates referral sources about services offered by the Company.
• Develops a territory plan to meet sales targets and tracks KPIs.
• Performs in-home assessments for potential clients and signs up new clients.
• Ensures customer service quality through feedback and check-ins.
